After returning the package sent to me, im still waiting on my money to be reimbursed into my account. I was told that after I took a photo and sent an email, the money would follow in 10 business days. So far nothing. I'll wait till Wednesday, that will initiate my bank dealing with you.

Total scam. My wife ordered 1 bottle for $64. The credit card was charged for $189. Immediately tried to cancel but was told it had already shipped. We even got an email that said the order was cancelled but received it a few days later. I asked for a return address but never got a response. We returned the the un-opened package to the return address on the label, but never heard back anything.

I ordered 2 products totalling 299.90 on June 24th and canceled same day and have called many times to get my money back. They have not refunded my money as of yet. Today is August 20th still no refund. I have called many times and I also reported this company as fraud. I will never order anything from this company again. Beware!!

NO stars for them- but had to put one to get this review panel. I ordered one a while back as a trial. It did nothing. They sent one every month althugh clearly said ONE TIME. . There was no way to get through to them on return mail. Found a way get through by searching online. I have paid pver $9 twice to return their unwanted product. I will keep itf from now on if they keep sending it . Each time I return it, I put a note in SAYING I NEVER ORDERED THIS. Going on since May and now Aug is ending. This is all a lie! The product is dangerous; the company locks you into an automatic subscription, offers no cancellation, will not allow refunds, and, if you paid with PayPal, will decide your case in three months before you'll know whether you'll get a refund. My doctor told me that this is the most harmful product I could take. Buy it, and a nightmare begins. Once bitten, twice shy on this one.

NOT ONLY IS THE GYKONEX GLUCO PRODUCT NOT WHAT IS IS ADVERTISED FOR, THE COMPANY ITSELF IS A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS. AVOID THESE PRODUCTS, SOME OF THE INGREDIENTS ARE TO GET YOUR PENIS HARD AND NOT TO CURE NEUROPATHY OR BLOOD SUGAR ISSUES!! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS FRAUDSTERS!! I AM PREPARING A LAWSUIT BECAUSE THEY SENT A SECOND BATCH UNSOLICITED AND WON'T ALLOW ME TO RETURN THE FIRST OVERLY EXPENSIVE BATCH NOW THAT I'VE SEEN THE LOUSY INGREDIENTS. ELDER ABUSE!!!

THIS COMPANY YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ONE TIME ORDER AND THEY KEEP SENDING THE PILLS EVERY MONTH, CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD UNAUTHORIZEDLY. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATED TO DEAL WITH THEIR PEOPLE SINCE THEY DO NOT CREDIT NOR WANT TO CANCEL. THEY WANT YOU TO CONTINUE BUYING THE PRODUCTS WHEN IN REALITY I DONT WANT IT. YAMILA FADEL

In July I received 2 bottles of Gluco Blood Optimizer support and 1 Bottle of Detox Daily - internal cleansing support which I never ordered any of it. And, I just received 2 more bottles (in August)of the GLUCO Blood Optimizer that I never ordered but was billed for it! WHAT A SCAM!! I want it to stop!! Please help!
