The products are beautiful and well-made. I love the items! Customer service is awful, though. I’ve had such a hard time! I would still recommend the company though- that’s how great the items are!

I have been very pleased with my Globe In experience. I have received 2 Boxes and a few add ons (2 more boxes among them). Every thing arrived quickly and all in one piece. I did not receive my 2 free glasses for signing on and e-mailed customer service. I got them the next week. Also the quality of the items was much better than I was expecting. A big Thumbs Up!

Orders are shipping in a timely manner now, which is great. Love the items. So unique and beautiful. Love the idea of supporting artisans around the world. Would give a 5, but still packing issues. Have had missing products in several boxes.

This company is a scam. A cousin gave me a $50 gift card for Christmas and I placed an order January 28. It's May 22 and I still haven't received it. They're slow to reply to emails (took repeated emails and several weeks for them to reply the first time I reached out) and replies are consistently unhelpful ("we're sending an update to all our customers soon, so keep an eye out for that!"). Honestly at this point I would be shocked if I ever see the order or the money again.
