I just received my first box. It got here on time and all the items are absolutely beautiful, durable, and well worth the value of the box. I am so happy with my decision to give GlobeIn a try. I am loving this subscription!

HORRIBLE SERVICE - ITEMS WERE NEVER RECEIVED I ordered this as a monthly gift for my mother. They never sent any of the boxes. When I contacted them to see why, they indicated they had a problem with the address. They never contacted me about any problem but I quickly corrected and asked them to start sending after the correction. Their response was, they were unable to send now and I would have to just take a credit to spend at their stores.

Just to clarify; Once the gift notification email has been sent, the account will activate. The recipient must login to add their address. If no address is added by the 15th of the month, we will not be able to send the shipment for that month/s which was the case with your Mother's Gift Subscription. I love being able to support fair trade etc. I also love the unique products- some I keep, others I give as gifts. I gave it 4 stars because sometimes the packages did not arrive on time. This may have been beyond their control ( ex the COVID)

I LOVE the whole Globein experience! The Artisan Boxes are obviously currated with care. I enjoy shopping for new items knowing that my orders can make a difference for Artisans around the world. Globein is unique the world of subscription companies because of the quality of their products and the "family" feel they convey.
