From the very first box, GlobeIn has wowed me. Everything I have received is unique, well-made, and a perfect addition to my new home. This has been the only subscription service that hasn't disappointed me.

Fun idea for someone who likes to shop. I enjoy picking the products each month with my daughter. Sometimes we give them away as gifts and sometimes we keep them. The products beautiful, well-made, and have great stories to tell you where they came from. I feel good buying from other people around the world. I usually like to buy products from places I travel. Just let me get lots of things from places I have not been. I love it

Unfortunately, I am Unable to provide a good review. The products that I have received are beautiful, with great quality, and are amazing, but a majority of the time I find that orders take far longer than is acceptable with any merchant. If not I receive the incorrect order or without any warning or communication, my order is cancelled. Instead of the option of being refunded I get a credit on my account. That credit is not valid to cover the next month's subscription costs, but instead you pay full price for items or boxes that are way more than the monthly costs for the very same or much older boxes that should cost less. I was promised a mystery welcome box, and never got it. I have stayed for 9 months now, but it just is getting worse. The new system is upsetting and frustrating. Again, I love The product, but this is no longer worth the time, cost, and effort that I must put in. Sadly, I am about to cancel my subscription

New customer, but first month went as planned. Picked box on the 1st of the month and had the box by end of month. Loved the items inside. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the website is a little confusing for us newbies. Hope to figure it out soon.

In love with the monthly items made by artisans from countries I have not visited. People are so please when I gift them with such unique Pieces of hand made art.

I’ve loved you since I discovered your company! You have good business, great reason, you’re benefitting many people and have improved the lives of thousands and all while providing a service to meet the needs of people here in our country and give us an experience we might of never had the chance of doing. I’ve tried flavors from other countries in my own kitchen, I have beautiful decor, and glass ware to use and admire and I get to know a little of the history about the artisan whom crafted my items. You guys rock

My estimate of the customer service has gone down a star. They are not reading the emails I have sent very well. Two boxes had been canceled but the taxes I paid wasn’t calculated into the maven money they returned to me. I will write more after they fix the problem. I still love the products I have received. The problem has now been resolved, thank you.

Ordered a three month subscription and only received 2 months. After (a lot of) back and forth with customer service, I was given a $48 credit (way less than the value of the box they never shipped me). For example, one box I got contained a bronze platter along with 3-4 other items. If I were to buy just the platter (as I would have to do with the credit) it costs > $60. I've been trying to get it refunded unsuccessfully. I was excited to support because the idea seems great but, overall, a loss of money and a very bad experience. Shipping delays on all boxes with one never arriving. Learn from me and don't subscribe :/
