During our initial calls they assured us that our EIN would be issued before the end of the year and so far nothing. When we reached out to ask for help, the Account Manager had no sense of urgency whatsoever.... Terrible customer service.... Stay away!

We recognize that our initial communication regarding the December timeline could have been clearer. During this period, IRS delays can occur, and we should have mentioned this earlier. At the same time, your company was properly registered with the state on the same day the payment was made, and you already had an active bank account even before receiving the EIN, thanks to our partnership with Mercury. This allowed you to begin operations. Additionally, once we became aware of your concerns, we promptly reached out, provided full support, offered to refund the additional cost related to the international wire transfer you mentioned, and made ourselves available to cover any further costs resulting from the delay. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we remain at your disposal if you need any further assistance.
