Rokid does not respect their early kickstarter backers. Horrible communications, they were responsive at the beginning of the campaign. But ever since they hit their funding, they stop responding to emails. I would never support this company ever again.

I’m an early Kickstarter backer (#125) and have had ongoing difficulty verifying fulfillment of my Rokid Glasses order. My order has been marked “Shipped Out,” but the tracking number provided has only shown placeholder values (“1111,” later changed to “0”), neither of which is a valid carrier tracking number. No carrier scan or confirmation of handoff has been provided, making it impossible to independently verify shipment. Additionally, my reward tier has been listed incorrectly despite multiple attempts to have it corrected, and direct inquiries requesting clarification have gone unanswered. I understand delays can happen with crowdfunding and international logistics, but marking orders as shipped without verifiable tracking and failing to provide clear responses is concerning. At this point, I am simply looking for transparency, accurate status, and confirmation that fulfillment is genuinely underway.

They are highly responsible and take customer experience, feedback, and suggestions very seriously. I had a great experience with their Max 2 glasses, and now that I own their AI glasses, the support quality has remained consistently excellent so far.

My Experience with Rokid Products - Extremely Disappointed I deeply regret purchasing from Rokid. Here are the major issues I encountered: 1. Embarrassing Green Screen Display The glasses have a very obvious green screen that makes you look absolutely ridiculous when wearing them. This is not only a technical flaw but also socially embarrassing. 2. Poor Battery Life The battery performance is far below what was promised. It doesn't last nearly as long as expected, making the product impractical for daily use. 3. Dishonest Company Practices This company has zero integrity and constantly lies to customers. My order was delayed over and over again - 2 months or more beyond the promised date. When I requested a refund, they simply stalled and avoided processing it. To make matters worse, they provided a fake tracking number to string me along. 4. Useless Customer Service Customer service is a joke. They only respond with generic, scripted answers that don't address any real concerns. It's clear they have no intention of actually helping customers. Bottom line: Rokid is a dishonest company with poor quality products and terrible customer service. Save your money and avoid this brand at all costs. I wish I had read more reviews before making this purchase.

No product arrived as yet. Still no clear communication. Very rare responses to email questions heightening anxiety. I’ve ended up having to buy AI glasses from a completely different brand because the service has been so crap. I don’t know what it will take to actually get the level of service that anyone should expect. Buyer beware.

These glasses are great, they do almost everything that smart glasses can possibly do at the moment and more features still to be added, and these features are implemented better than other glasses. (My one major dislike is even though Rokid posted a video showing the lenses not reflecting content in truth everyone can read everything displayed on my glasses from Infront of me, so no privacy with messages at all) Customer support was excellent. My one issue with Kickstarter is the selection process for prescription lenses was confusing. You had to pledge for prescription FRAMES, then fill out prescription details, so looked like you had ordered prescription lenses but instead you had to also order the lenses as an add on purchase which looked like you were ordering twice. Shipping was a bit slow to start but that was because they didn't expect such large numbers of pledges in such a fast campaign so their pipeline was quickly swamped. Despite this the delivery is going faster than other pledges I have seen.
