I think Glencoco is a very unique and interesting place to end up if you are good at cold calling/appointment setting. I am only about a month or two in and have seen enough good results/earnings to know that this place can be a very solid opportunity for anyone who is already skilled on the phones or even if you are a beginner looking to learn appointment setting. I've been around the sales block a bit and the folks here really do seem to be solid guys and are just a breeze to work with. I would recommend Glencoco both as a good opportunity for callers and as a solid sales marketplace to upload your campaigns to.

They teach you how to book meetings with billion dollar companies. I have booked 3 so far, I have booked smaller meetings but the experience is invaluable and you get paid when people show up to a meeting and not when they close, between $100 to $1200. Some reps are easily making 10k pm. They changed the structure for the better and it is currently my full time income as a South African. If one campaign or company is not performing, then you can always move over to another so job security and income security is brilliant.

Was a top closer in the inbound/closer space and learned to be an SDR from the ground up here. Have ended up making very respectable earnings here, consistent 4-7k/month with part-time dialing a few hours per day. Several full-time people have made 10k+. The training is amazing if you actually go through all the videos. Disappointed to see some of the bad reviews, but those are probably from reps that didn't make anything because if you don't perform, you will certainly waste your time. This is a true meritocracy. 100% commission-only role, as is typical in sales. The leads they provide cost money. If you put in the work, if you're setting quality meetings, you will earn. And, you'll also have access to increasingly better campaigns over time once you build a strong track record. You could absolutely rely on this as a steady source of income if you navigate it properly over time. Many do. Ramp-up is also pretty fast. You could be dialing within days and get 1 or 2 QMs, but to get good enough and start seeing those QMs come in regularly, it's probably a few weeks. I'm grateful to Glencoco and the team leaders (including Josh) for catching me when my Closer/Inbound roles have dried up unexpectedly. And, Micah for the incredible training and system that's almost plug and play with the intros and closes it's that good

This experience has been nothing short of amazing! Very easy process to get started. Great training and excellent community. In less than two weeks, making money.

Glencoco is an awesome company and a great opportunity for business owners who need meetings scheduled and for SDRs who want the sky to be the only limit on them. It’s crazy that it feels like a game to see how many meetings I can get scheduled each day and climb the leaderboard!

I had no prior cold calling or SDR experience but decided to jump right in after watching a few of their youtube videos a few months back. With the help of the resources available inside & great coaching from many seasoned experts, I hit the ground running and in a matter of a few months, crossed 10k. If you're an SDR or even AE looking at creating a different way to make money using the skills you already have, you'd crush it here.

Amazing Opportunity.... I started on Glencoco back in October of 2025, and honestly it's been eye-opening. I live and travel overseas so this model of SDR work gave me an opportunity to have my homebase someplace other than the US. I've learned an amazing amount and am making a great living considering the amount of time I spend. Without question if you bring the right skill set, you can easily be making $75-100 per hour.

Made over $16k dialing part-time hours on the platform in 30 days. Great support from both campaign owners and Glencoco. Payouts for the most part have been fast, easy coms with the AEs around meeting outcomes. Occasional platform bugs, but overall has been well worth it.
