I have always been thin and athletic and have always eaten healthy, cooked and did not eat anything outside my meals, but once menopause hit, my life changed. I suddenly had difficulty remaining thin. I gained weight eating the same foods and began to crave junk food immediately after eating dinner. I never ate when I was full but since menopause, I never really felt full! I tried so many things. I was restricting myself to less than 1000 calories a day, I tried eating more protein and then, I gave up! I saw an ad for Gleeful and thought, “why not?” I started with the Hormone support and also the Meno-Shred. I am on my 4th month. I initially noticed a difference in my cravings, they disappeared. Now, I am noticing I am dripping weight. I have lost 4 pounds, which may not seem like a lot but I could not get past 158! I was stuck. I am now 154 and feeling less hungry, fewer cravings and just feeling like myself again!

I've only been taking Hormone Support for 3 weeks and debating if I should order more as my hit flashes have not changed, I've also broken out in acne!! On a positive I do feel flatter in tummy area..not sure if I should continue taking 🙈 By no means a negative review!!! Guess we all get affected in different ways 🤪

I start 2 weeks ago now my hot flashes are gone, my moon is so much better. And I slept so much better without having hot flashes. Filling so much better. I really hope my belly menopause will gone as well.
