Good product with a quick and easy delivery.

First time trying it. Clean and delivered exactly as expected. Woke up next morning, alert, zero grogginess and ready to go. Highly recommend.

Helps me sleep and rest.

It really works

The product was smooth and effective! I have tried numerous sleep aids, magnesium, melatonin, tart cherry the list goes one and Gldn Root nailed it! I slept the best I have in ages!!

Just finished my 30 day trail and it works so amazing

I've used magnesium supplements before, so I was excited to try GLDN Magnesium in a different format. One thing I really enjoy about this product is the convenience. Instead of taking another pill or gummy, I can simply mix it into a drink and enjoy it as part of my routine. The Peach Iced Tea flavor is genuinely delicious and makes it easy to look forward to taking every day. I appreciate that it's vegan, non-GMO, and includes ingredients like magnesium glycinate, zinc, and L-theanine. For me, consistency is important when it comes to supplements, and having a great-tasting drink option has made that much easier. Overall, I've had a positive experience with GLDN Magnesium and appreciate having an enjoyable alternative to traditional supplement formats.

So far so good, i have been taking it and it helps me relax my anxious mind
