Very easy to order. I like the digital try-on feature so I can see what the glasses would look like on my face. I ordered a pair of progressive lenses in my sunglasses, and they did a great job blending my prescriptions. I was a little concerned about doing that online, but I love the glasses, and they were so much cheaper than what my doctor's office was asking me to pay! Also, they have way more options than what is available at my eye doctor's. And free shipping on my order! Very pleased!

The website was a little clunky and it was difficult to get back and forth to my order without having to redo it. If I had to go backwards it was aggravating. I had a hard time finding glasses that I liked. Checking out took a few tries to go through. Once I got my glasses they didn't match the description online and I'm not happy with them. They took too long to get here.

Wonderful Service! I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and one of the pairs was missing a decorative piece. I let them know and they immediately replaced the frames for free!!

I've had to replace the frames of a pair of glasses twice in less than 2 years. Inferior quality of product.
