I actually like the frames I picked virtually and the prescription is correct but the placement of the zones for the progressives was so off they made me sick and I could not get used to them. Lens crafters was helpful in my decision to return them.

My insurance failed to be applied to the order and the customer service was closed at that time, so my attempt to correct the billing within the hour timeframe was unavailable. I would keep the glasses, but customer service made clear the next morning that my only option was to send back for refund.

Took 3 weeks to get my glasses. Stuck in the same shipping facility for 6 days. Chatted with them and was told they were lost. Then magically they arrived. One of the lenses didn't even have the prescription in it. I ordered the thinnest lens possible and it's twice as thick as my glasses from Costco. My prescription hasn't changed but my current glasses are scratched so I wanted new ones. Guess I'll order from somewhere else. This place is awful.
