Easy and quick - got exactly what i was quoted

Sent a single phone in, got notification that it was received and I'd receive money within 24hrs. Heard nothing, sent email, tried to call(voicemail not set up) since their site says to reach out if it's been more than 4 days since shipping, I waited for 2 days after they received and now it's been 6 days since they received with zero communication. Seems like lesson learned for this company, maybe this review will get someone's attention since they sent it out before they even received my item. Edited from 1 star to 4 stars since they paid, can't justify 5 since they didn't meet the communication standard they set. I've sold electronics to a few companies over the years and this was by far the least amount of communications I received. I wasn't asking for more than they promised.
