Very positive, very easy experience. There was a question about the quote changing once they received my device, but it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction after one easy online chat with the company and I received my full amount. I will definitely sell another device to them in the future.

I’m skeptical of companies that claim they’ll give you money for something sight unseen. But I felt I could trust Gizmogo when they offered me the best price for my iPhone 11 Pro. They were the only company to give me top dollar for my Flawless iPhone. Although, they did find some scratches on the device and lowered the price- I disputed it. I had taken video of all angles of the phone before sending it. It was very protected during transit. So after a pleasant response from one of the representatives, they re-evaluated and made good on the original offer. I’m very happy with them and would use this company again!

I could not believe how quickly the vendor was able to process the purchase of my iPhone 8 Plus 64 GB. They got back to me with a notification of receipt and validation of the offer the same day they received the device. The payment by Amazon Gift Card also went very quickly (next day). Good firm to work with for speed and ease of completing the transaction.
