DO NOT GIVE RHEM ANY INFORMATION!!!! If I could give these scammers negative stars, I would. They took my info and never followed through after I “completed” everything. They were supposed to call to confirm within 5 minutes, but were super vague and unprofessional when I’d inquire about the time frame. It became really clear that they were scammers and would pick when to give me an actual answer and send me an automated out-of-business hours message if they didn’t feel like answering. It’s clear there’s some punk on the other end messing with people’s busy schedules.

On May 22, 2024, I recently borrowed $400 from Giggle Finance. While the initial process seemed straightforward, I was disappointed by several aspects of their service. Firstly, there was no transparency regarding repayment scheduling. I was not given the option to choose a start date for payments, leading to confusion and potential late fees. Secondly, Giggle Finance employs aggressive debt collection tactics. On May 28, 2024, I started to receive harassing text messages within an hour of a missed payment, despite having a legitimate reason for the delay (explaining that my wife was in labor delivering our son). This behavior is unprofessional and creates unnecessary stress for borrowers. Speaking of unprofessionalism, when I informed them my wife was in labor and the late payment was unavoidable, their response lacked empathy and understanding, and still demanded payment or risk late fees and damage to my credit report. This showed a complete disregard for my situation and only served to heighten my stress during a critical moment. Overall, my experience with Giggle Finance was marred by poor communication, hidden fees, and inappropriate collection practices. I would strongly advise potential borrowers to seek alternative financing options.
