Getting tired of being lied to by this company. "Oh sir, we are so sorry and we are going to escalate this". "Oh sir, your order will definitely ship tomorrow". It is one promise after another that then they just sweep to the side and go onto the next lie. They constantly blame UPS on their own inability to ship on a promised date.

I'm disappointed in the lack of customer service and Gifthealth not valuing their customers that have a long history of business with the company. That's unfortunate.

The customer service leaves much room for improvement. I was hung up on twice, tried the chat twice, and had to keep explaining the situation each time. I cancelled my prescription with them and would not use a doctor that insists on using them as a medication provider.

They charged me $50 for a package in January for medication pre colonoscopy scheduled in May which I never received. I contacted them before the procedure and was informed that the package was never sent and would not be received in time if they sent it at that time. Multiple requests for a refund went unanswered until today when I was informed that the package was sent and received according to their tracking documents. Funny how that magically appeared today. Buyer beware - they make money by stealing it from patients.

I received very hot zepbound bottles that sat on the back of a UPS truck. I did not feel comfortable using them. I contacted the customer service and was told to use them, that the temperature before shipping was what mattered. I was not offered a replacement or refund, and these bottles were hot to touch supposed to be refrigerated sterile injectables. I cancelled my weight loss program immediately as I was now out $300 for the medication charged by Gift Health, not to mention the prescribing fees. I waited a week and received no replacement or refund, and no response from their telehealth partner. This was my first month, now I'll be looking for other GLP options not associated with Gift Health.

Received my Zepbound minus the injection supplies. Contacted Gifthealth, explained the incomplete order and was told the injection supplies would be shipped in 3 business days. Now I'll be waiting a total of 5 days over the weekend before I can begin using my prescription. I requested a complimentary overnight delivery citing good customer relations, but was told it was no guarantee. This is my first experience with Eli Lilly and Gifthealth and I am certainly not impressed and very disappointed.

My doctor increased my dosage of Zepbound. I got one delivery at the right dose, and the next delivery came in a lower dose. Their customer rep said that I asked for and paid for the lower dose, so too bad. Don't know why they would send me a link to an expired/replaced prescription that hadn't been filled in months instead of my new prescription. Anyways, Wegovy pill is cheaper and I can get it at the pharmacy. They lost a customer.

Gifthealth Pharmacy is so HORRIBLE!! Don't ever use Gifthealth Pharmacy. I simply asked them to email my prescription payments via email. And I had to wait for a supervisor. A supervisor wouldn't talk to me. It was something that their IT person could have taken care of. SO MANY OTHER pharmacies to do business with!! NEVER WITH GIFTHEALTH!! BOYCOTT GIFTHEALTH! AWFUL PHARMACY
