Everything was awesome from ordering, shipping, and using the device! As a new flower vaporer, this has been a great experience, I'm not sure I can go back to smoking it again! 4 stars because I was not able to register my device due to a glitch in the website. Now that I have misplaced my order receipt I'll probably forget about it. Here's hoping there are no problems with it! So far so great though!

The vapor quality is great, so the vaporizer's fundamentals are solid. The Android app works well (don't know about the iOS version, though). It even lets you lock the vape. The vibration feature is also pretty useful to keep you apprised of what is going on with the vape, as is the concentrate mode. It's also pretty solid and feels good in hand for me, though it is on the heavy side. The MV1 has just as many problems, though. Number one is the battery pack. It has built-in slow charging USB and requires a separate fast charger if you want to charge the battery in a reasonable amount of time. The entire interface on the device is terrible. The only reason I appreciate the app is because the on-device interface is so bad. I shouldn’t have to take out my phone to control my vape, either to use the app or look up the instructions- the UI of the vape should be intuitive and engaging enough that using my phone with it would be the last thing I would want to do. I am a bit more accepting of a device lacking much of an interface when the device has a simple, elegant design like the Firefly, but this thing isn’t that. When you compare this to what e-cig manufacturers have to offer, it makes it feel like a rip off even with the extra materials, lower volume production, etc. It’s sort of like buying a Ford Fiesta with a Mercedes engine for the price of an Aston Martin. In spite of all of my gripes, I still like the thing and would recommend it. That said, look around at what else is available. I’ve run across a few devices that are more appealing than the MV1 since I bought it, but not so much so that I feel the need to run out and buy something else. The whole market sector is over-priced, so I can’t fault them for following that trend. What’s disappointing, and this applies to most of the dry herb vaporizers out there, is the failure of manufacturers to include current technology and design to support the core of the device. These folks need to step their game up. Maybe they should focus on designing the vapor path and license the rest of it from e-cig manufacturers- I have a feeling many of the e-cig manufacturers could develop the controls and heating elements better for a lower price to match the desired characteristics of these dry herb vapes overall.

This is a great vape!!! Have only used it for dry herb and can't wait until I use it with concentrates. My only downside is the crucible is too small and usually have to vape more than one crucible to feel the affects. Great job so far guys!!! I can't wait to see and possibly buy the next model you release.

Despite watching all videos and technicals my ghostvape never seems to produce any significant vapor until the 4th consecutive hit. The length of draw required seems excessively long from heat ready signal to draw end signal. Would not recommend purchasing, especially at this high price level.

Fantastic medical tool! I have had my Ghost Vape for 18 months. It is perfect for the small doses necessary for my back fusion as I only need 2 or 3 inhales at a time. It has dramatically reduced the amount of flower that I needed. I refill my 5 cartridges about twice a week with minimal effort. I would highly recommend this product for anyone that needs a method to get medicine fast! I have 2 batteries and just change whenever the power drops. I dropped mine and broke the insides. I sent it back and they fixed it for free! Very quickly too! I am not looking for any other product to provide my medicine. Thanks for this vape!
