This is a new process
This is a new process, and one that is important to me because it involves my hard earned money. However, each step of the way i was offerred assurances either through email or phone call that everything was progressing. At no point during my dealings with GFF was I nervous about where my investment funds were going.

I had an experience where the order…
I had an experience where the order ticket window was fluttering rapidly and generating orders by itself. In total there were 43 orders placed before it stopped. Luckily I was able to cancel them before any got filled. Did this happen to anyone else?

Please aware that GFF Brokers does not own any of the 3rd party trading software, but our tech support is available to assist you with any issues you may be experiencing. Tech support is available via chat, email or phone.
