I’m still amazed at how easy it was to buy a pre-owned car! I found my dream car at a great price, had a couple pleasant conversations with my Gettacar Hero Mike, filled out application and now I’m driving the car! Just that simple and easy!

Maya went above and beyond to get me in a car in the time frame I requested. Was an easy and smooth process & how can you beat waking up to a brand new car out front waiting on you. If you have any doubts trust me they will handle everything and make getting a car realistic unlike car lots that run your credit and keep wasting your time. When everyone else said No get a car made it possible. Thanks to the whole Team & don’t waste any more time reach out ASAP

I am so happy with my GettaCar experience both Ryan and Anthony worked hard everyday to make sure I was comfortable and informed. I had looked for this particular car everywhere and this was the ONLY place I could find the exact car with all the features I was wanting. The pricing was great and my only frustration prior to getting the car was the shipping process. Sadly if you don't live within area you have to wait for a shipping service to agree to haul your car to you. I live in Wyoming so shipping was costly ($1300) and took a month. Anthony, and Ryan made sure to keep me updated and were always easily contacted. After receiving the car I was so happy to find it was exactly what I was expecting. Plus the pictures and description were so perfect that I was able to jump in the car, in the middle of a blizzard and feel comfortable driving! Then the members of the Gettacar team would call and check on me. I had a couple of issues right off the bat that ended up being nothing but thwu encouraged me to get it looked at, even calling ahead to offer their direct number for repairs if needed. I really don't think I'd buy a car any other way! I am so happy with my little "Moxie" car and I think she is equally happy with me!! Thanks GettaCar!!!

The overall customer service is great.. it was minor issues, which were addressed immediately. It was the issues in general.. I bought an almost brand new car.. There shouldn’t have been any issues.

I absolutely loved the whole experience. it was the easiest process ever!!!! They delivered my new car to my door!!!! The only thing I was disappointed at was that my car wasn’t detailed before being delivered to me.. but other than that I would recommend gettacar to anyone who is planning on buying a new car.
