Hello Richard, We appreciate your thorough evaluation of the services provided at Getoemparts.com and would like to thank you for taking the time to voice your grievances with our team. Unfortunately, at the moment we are severely understaffed and as a result, we've allocated many of our employees to processing orders to adequately service the recent influx of orders we've received. We currently have several customer service representatives answering over 300+ calls a day. Hello Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review regarding your latest order with Getoemparts.com. Shipping/delivery time estimates are contingent upon whether the ordered part is currently in stock at our warehouse. If we do not have your ordered item currently in stock, selected shipping times will take effect once we have ordered and received the parts from the manufacturer. While we certainly try our best to ensure parts arrive promptly, every once in a while we may need a little extra time to procure the correct parts for orders. Unfortunately, at the moment we are severely understaffed, as a result, we've been forced to temporarily shut off our phone lines several days this past week. We apologize immensely for this inconvenience and assure you, this decision was made in an effort to process our incoming orders as quickly as possible. Fortunately, Our phone lines are currently available and ready for calls. I understand you would like to return the part you received. Unfortunately, given the information provided, We were unable to find your order within our system. With that being said, Were you able to add your VIN Number at checkout? Including your VIN at checkout is by far the best practice as it helps protect both parties involved from human error.
