Earvin Joshua Castro the senior tech support do some work on computer. He is very knowlegeable about he technology and doing the video conversion and to disable the pop up notification on my software most all the time and adjusted the setting on Get My Driver and the SMUD to turn off their pop up notification. some of the junior tech can't do it.
