Terrible place that doesn't even allow you to call to ask questions before you rent. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Run from this place. There's better sites that actually care about their customers.

Horrible customer service. They wont even let a potential renter call to ask questions until AFTER they have paid. Edit: I didn’t even mention the fees…that must be another big issue they have.

We built Getmyboat in such a way that you would have a new way to advertise your services to reach our broad sweeping customer base with no upfront costs. You only get hit with a small fee when you receive a paying customer from us. As discussed with you during your onboarding, off-platform communication is prohibited prior to the reservation being confirmed. As you decided to break our terms of service and bypass our system to get around our small fees, our support staff sent you an email to remind you of these terms. Your unprofessional responses to our staff resulted in our decision to remove your listing indefinitely. We expect both boat owners listed with us and renters to conduct themselves in a professional manner, we have zero tolerance for abusive or threatening conduct. We also reserve the right to restrict access to our services at any time for any reason as per our terms. We have thousands of owners that feel our modest fee is more than fair in return for the customers we send them and we're sorry you do not see the value we bring to the table. We wish you all the best with your business. Regards, Getmyboat Customer Support

I really like the app. Maps, listings, quick contact with owners. Without it I’d have to spend a dogs age researching who to trust to book a schedule-limited period on a Holiday Weekend with family from all over the US. It's clear that all involved understand the concept of not getting the most fun out of a cool boat on a beautiful day if the owner and boater can't reliably connect and make a plan. To me that's the worst thing for everyone. Also, it's nice not to have to join a boat club and pay massive initiation dues just to have the privilege of renting. Thanks.

As a passionate boat owner, I offer an unforgettable nautical experience with the rental of my boats, complete with a skilled skipper. A loyal user of this platform for many years, I am captivated by its ease of use, the quality of client interactions, and the efficiency of financial transactions. The clientele, predominantly American, has always been outstanding without exception. It is a true pleasure for me to contribute to their happiness by introducing them to the charms of Cannes and sharing special moments at sea
