I placed an order for a Flea and Tick tag after my daughter highly recommended it. She’s been using Furlife for 2 years and her very outdoorsy dog hasn’t gotten a tick when wearing the tag. Also, thanks to Roy from Customer Service, who quickly helped me correct an error I had made in the shipping address, great experience!

I had a bit of an issue of my second order after faithfully using one of the products for a year. I ordered a second one and I believe there might’ve been a problem with it. I reached out to the customer service staff and spoke to Roy and Julia, and they were both extremely helpful, very professional and got to my matter immediately, which is very important when you have a dog that has ticks and you want them gone as this for life collar attachment does very well with I can’t thank them enough for Getting one in the mail so quickly. My sweet golden will be a happy camper now that he’ll be protected thank you all again. I will continue using your product for years and years.!

I was very skeptical when I first heard of FurLife I honestly didn’t think it would work, but was tired of putting poison on my dogs. So i took a chance and am amazed how well it works!! Not one flea or tick on my babies! Thank you

Well I didn’t realize an error had been made until I went to use my Furlife product….it was way after business hours almost midnight , but I sent the email anyway thinking I would have a response early the next day….well imagine my surprise when the whole issue was settled in the middle of the night…..JeAnne & Julia handled the whole problem quickly and with extreme professionalism…..and first thing this morning I get an email saying the replacement is on the way! Now that’s extreme customer service……Thanks to these two ladies, what I thought was going to be a nightmare, turned into the best customer service experience ever!

This product is soooo false..it really does not work. I bought 2 for dogs and 2 for cats, it's been a little over a month and my babies are loaded with fleas. I contacted fur life to tell them and get my money back. They said at 2 weeks it could take a little time to be effective so here I am at 5 weeks and nothing different except more fleas, I contacted them again and they gave me more excuses and will not refund my money. $150 for 4 pendants and they don't work and they will not refund my money. I am so angry.. there shipping took 3 weeks to get to me after ordering them. This product should be taken off the market and the company needs to be closed and sued. Maybe we should all get together and do a class action against them. Everything about this product is a scam. I reported them to the better business bureau, they told me there has been many complaints made about this company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed and frustrated with the results. We understand how concerning it is to continue seeing fleas after using the pendants, especially when you purchased them for multiple pets and had high expectations. While many customers report positive results, effectiveness can vary depending on factors such as the severity of the infestation, environmental flea populations, and individual pet circumstances. We would also like to clarify that our pendants are designed to support flea and tick prevention, but in cases of heavy infestations, additional environmental treatment may be necessary to address fleas already present in the home, yard, bedding, and other areas where fleas can continue to reproduce. We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the support you received and the shipping timeframe. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we never want our customers to feel unheard. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your case again and address your concerns directly. Please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details so we can investigate further and work toward a satisfactory resolution. Thank you again for your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and are continuously working to improve both our products and customer experience.
