This is a great product that works well for keeping ticks off my Black Lab. I lost my dog’s collar and quickly ordered a replacement. I later realized I ordered the wrong size and sent an email to their customer service team. Mat replied in a couple hours to tell me he had changed my order before it shipped. A great product AND great customer service! You guys are the best. Thank you!!!

I just got it today, first time buying the cat collar so when I found out that it works I can give you a honest answer. It did take awhile to get my order! Thank you, in a month get back with me and I can tell you how it’s working!

Furlife Rep, thank you for your reply, maybe I was not clear, it’s not just the lack of scent, but the appearance of fleas. That’s my issue, and I even have my yard treated for fleas. That’s why I asked for the product to be replaced. While the 40% off is generous I don’t feel like this reflects your claims of 12 months of service on the product. If you can’t fully back your product I guess I will have to look for an alternative. I have told many of my friends and even my kennel staff how good FurLife is, but I guess I was wrong. I will not recommend anyone that will not stand behind their product claims.
