First of all I hadn't received my first order when it said it was confirmed delivered. So I contacted via email and got in touch with Roy who responded promptly. And he was on it and got another one sent out. The confirm delivery showed up a few days late. I offered to return the next one with a return label but Matt said to keep it as their gift to me. Super nice prompt service prompt response when there was a problem with the delivery. Please all the way around. And the product is great and delivers what it says! Thanks again Lorna

Quick timely response

I ordered a new Furlife Pendant in the beginning of June. Put it on my dogs collar right away. I take my dog horseback riding all the time. On June 20th I noticed that the center of the pendant was gone, the part with the repellent. I sent an email to Furlife about replacing it. I received an email from Julia and Patrick within a few hours, on a Saturday!! They asked for a picture, I sent them one. Within another few hours they let me know that a replacement would be sent out right away. I've never had this good of customer service with any company ever.

I sent a email and within the day the problem was fixed. Roy was a great help.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Expensive products that DO NOT WORK! I purchased collars and ultrasonic tags for our 4 dogs and essential oil bracelets for my family. We captured a couple of ticks and they crawled all over the collar (it was less than 2 months old). Same with the very expensive bracelets for people. They were not affected by the ultrasonic tags at all. The collars did not fit our Weimaraner, Black Lab or Great Pyrenees. Their answer was to buy 2 collars for each and connect them together. That's over $60/dog! We modified them ourselves but the effort was wasted since they didn't work anyway. The ultrasonic tags could be heard by us and our dogs; the sound was very bothersome to the dogs. The company refused to refund, period. Even my request to return 2 unopened cat collars was denied. Some of the items were past their 45 day return window but I wasn't aware of how ineffective they were until approximately 60 days after purchase.

I purchased these for all 3 of my dogs and they are wonderful; plus, they are all natural.
