This companies product is very well worth every penny I spend each year. It keeps the fleas off my dog and out of my house. I have recommended them to many of my friends. Will continue to purchase.

Hello Bernie, thanks for your feedback! We are already in process to improve our Canada shipping time. Unfortunately, we had to chance couriers due to the ongoing Canada Post strike. We hope this matter is getting resolved fast that we have a better shipping time. Kind regards Marc

I ordered 10 furlife flea and tick collars I never got them and contacted the company and told them I wanted to cancel my order when I didn't receive the collars I went and purchased something else and it took care of the couple fleas I had seen not many at all.but they will not give me my 272.00 back.and I've contacted them numerous times and they will not give me my money back they sent me a message telling me that my furbabies had fleas and they can't stand good for that...because they had only a couple of fleas but I had gotten rid of them..I'm furious this company is taking advantage of everyone .they told me if your dog has fleas the collar will not work.

Hello Tammy, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We deeply regret the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your situation. After reviewing your case, I see that we confirmed on November 9 that you received your re-delivery after the initial package was not delivered. We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your collars to you and understand how this impacted your experience. Additionally, I see you’re currently in contact with our team regarding the return status of your order. Please rest assured that we are committed to resolving this matter for you as quickly as possible. Regarding the effectiveness of our collars, they are designed to prevent and manage fleas and ticks effectively when used as directed. However, we always recommend addressing any existing flea infestations in your pet's environment before using the collar, as active infestations can diminish the immediate effectiveness of any preventative product. We value your feedback and are here to make this right. Our team will follow up with you directly to ensure your concerns are addressed to your satisfaction. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this together. Kind regards David

When I first saw the Ad for Furlife I read all the reviews and must say I too was skeptical because of the essential oils in this product. So, I bought the 8 month Flee and Tick collar. I was amazed to see that with continuous use not even mosquitoes would come near my dog. He had no reactions to the oils used in this collar. I now just ordered a 12 month Flee and Tick collar because I am a firm believer after witnessing with my own eyes how amazing this works. Furlife you have me as a customer "Forlife " as long as I have dogs in my life. Thank you so much for developing this wonderful product and thinking about the animal first and not the money. 🫂♥️🤗
