I found out about FurLife collars a couple years ago, and wanting to get away from the chemicals in prescription flea and tick meds, I decided to give them a try. I was VERY PLEASED with how well the collars function and keep my 4 dogs tick/flea free. I ordered a new set for the dogs for this year, and while placing one on JuneBug’s collar the loop broke and the only way it would stay on was to duct tape it. I contacted FurLife and worked with JeAnne and Julia on the situation. they were very pleasant and helpful, and immediately put a replacement in the mail for JuneBug. These collars work very well for our 4 dogs - a 120lb. Mastiff mix (Bogart), a 70lb staffordshire pitbull (JuneBug), a 50lb. pittie mix (Cassie), and a 32lb Iggy/shepherd mix (HoneyBea). I appreciate JeAnne and Julia fast action and attention to the issue I had.

We bought two of these overpriced things for our dogs. They smelled good for a few days, then the smell faded, and we began finding ticks on the dogs again. On attempting to return them, was informed we'd need to wait until the 25-day point. We did, and kept finding ticks. On contacting them again, after that point, FurLife cheerfully offered a 40% return of our money. Messaged them back to explain that no, that's not at all satisfactory; even if they cave and give us a full refund, the review stays one star, because that's bad business.

Our collars are made with 100% natural ingredients, and while many customers see great results, their effectiveness can vary depending on factors such as environment, level of infestation, and individual pet chemistry. In areas with higher tick exposure, additional preventive measures may sometimes be necessary alongside the collar. Regarding the scent fading, this is a natural characteristic of essential-oil-based products. While the fragrance may become less noticeable over time, the active ingredients are designed to continue working. Quick response. I wasn’t really looking for a replacement, I just wanted to communicate the defective item I received. Not only did they insist on a free replacement, they shipped it out same day.

I had a little mishap with the original pendant and emailed them with my concerns and immediately got an email from Julia saying they are replacing it I considered this unexpected and am so happy with this small company customer service highly recommended
