I have used the FurLife pods on my two dogs with great success. I reordered them this spring and one of the pods was not working as I found several ticks on my one dog. I contacted FurLife support and Glisson and Julia were fantastic to work with. They shipped me a free replacement and it appears to be working well.

Horrible product. I rec'd on April 12th and then contacted them on May 14th and I am 2 days over their 30 days return policy and won't let me return to get a refund. I followed the instructions and he has been wearing non stop for a month and found 3 ticks just this week alone. All were on his base of his ear at his head which is crazy as an inch away from collar. Really disappointed as I needed this to work and now I am out 90 bucks. I literally have 2 that aren't even open and they are being really difficult. I can't recommend this product. They have now sent their standard response that they have already sent me when I reached out to their customer care team. As we all know there is always something that can be done. I worked in CS for many years and there is always something. This company is choosing to NOT do anything. SO in future don't send people your concerns or to contact your team when no one is willing to do anything.

I purchased FurLife hoping it would be a more affordable alternative to the expensive monthly flea and tick prescription that I currently use for my dog, Dilly. The product sounded promising, and I was hopeful that it would provide reliable protection while saving money over time. Unfortunately, our experience with FurLife did not match the claims advertised. Dilly is a very active dog who spends a lot of time outdoors playing, running around, and exploring every day, so dependable flea and tick prevention is extremely important. After using this product consistently, we continued to find ticks crawling on him daily, and many times they were already attached after he came back inside. What was most disappointing was that I did not notice any real difference in tick activity while using FurLife. I genuinely wanted this product to work because the idea behind it is appealing, especially for pet owners looking for a more natural, and cost-effective option. However, based on our experience, it did not provide the level of tick prevention that my dog needs. I understand that every dog and environment is different, and some people may have better results than we did. However, for a dog that spends a lot of time outdoors, I personally would not feel comfortable relying on this product alone for flea and tick protection. While I appreciate the concept and wanted to have a positive experience, I unfortunately would not recommend FurLife based on the results we saw with Dilly.

I did have an issue with my husky’s flea and tick tag- unfortunately due to his history with seizures he wasn’t able to wear the tag :( I reached out and they promptly emailed me back, sorted out the issue and immediately came up with a solution. Their costumer service is great Mat and Glisson especially.

I just got my two boys these a week ago they arrived.i put them ony boys and I've only found one tick on them since putting them on I live in Sanford Maine there's a lot of ticks here but they're not my dogs anymore. It's awesome how well they work I bought them because one of my dogs has seizures and can't have chemicals and they work great. Thank you guys for making such a good product
