Great location. Only 1 problem :(
The company was awesome to work with. We loved the price and the place was amazing. Great location! Really close to Disney. The room was as described. The only issue we encountered was really loud neighbors. We called the front office but all they could do was send security. Issue was not resolved we dealt with the loud, and rude neighbors for majority of our stay very disappointed with how this situation was dealt with. We also did not get our gift at first but the operations manager reached out to us and solved the issue. Overall happy with the service we received from this company. We will book again with them.

Easy Booking and Perfect Accomodations
The booking was easy, straightforward and we received all info necessary before our trip and got exactly what we had booked in a beautiful resort. Overall it was fantastic and I would highly recommend this company. I know we definitely will be using them again in the future.

They did not tell us we wouldn't get the $100 voucher off the parks until Sunday n that they mislead us to think we could use the $100 towards our purchase of package.. VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS
