The experience I had with this company has been horrible Can I get a copy of my life insurance and between This company and the insurance company going back-and-forth

Customer service was great! However average time of getting approved for me, even though I set up an appointment and was ready it was not required once they received my health records.

Very knowledgeable and made it a fast and easy process.

I was contacted by my Amplify POC in May. We had a great discussion on my desire and need for life insurance. He was knowledgeable and guided me through what rates were affordable reflective of the face value that was discussed. The only one thing that I was not happy about was the length in time it took the underwriters to review and finally approve my insurance.

Horrible customer care/service. I can hardly get a hold of someone. Almost impossible to get to any information. Doesn’t feel very safe.
