We’re sorry you feel this way. Fleetsmarts has clear contract terms that are agreed to in writing and reviewed on recorded calls. If your account is not in compliance, such as an unresolved balance, active UCC filing, outstanding fuel or factoring obligation, or if the contractual term has not yet been completed, then release cannot be granted until those matters are resolved. Our team has reached out multiple times to offer a path forward. If you're serious about resolving the issue, we're still open to finding a solution in good faith. But public accusations without context do not change the facts or the agreement you signed. Fleetsmarts remains committed to fair and transparent service for all clients.
