At the outset
At the outset, AEJS (3 yr old Black Lab) was shy about approaching his new water fountain. He is a change-averse animal. Once he adjusted to the loss of his scurvy looking gravity-based water server, he has lapped up his Selenized-water with gusto. Equally important, I am able to keep this device clean and well-supplied. It's good for both of us.

Wonderful waterer
Wonderful product, easy to clean, lasts and well made. The only thing that would be nice is a little deeper dish to drink from.

Looking for an excellent dog water fountain
Selene makes an excellent dog water fountain. We have found a great difference in our dog’s water habits since we bought the fountain. She uses it more frequently and seems to enjoy the running water. The machine is very quiet. We have it in our kitchen and do not notice any sounds. The light inside the water tank is a great indicator to help watch the water level. Every three days we take apart the water fountain and refill it and clean the tank, the motor and tubing. It is easy to clean. If you have any questions - customer service is wonderful and ready to help you. Our dog is 13 years old and we want to keep her healthy and happy for as long as possible. Right now, she is flourishing and we couldn’t be happier. Selene is one of the products that is helping her and we appreciate it every single day.

No biofilm! The benefit of running water.
The reason I purchased a Selene water fountain for my precious Chiweenie Clover is because I wanted to give her the healthiest, best "moving water" I could. When I realized that "biofilm" was growing and floating around in her "standing" water dish, I was appalled. I had been cleaning her stainless steel water dish often and only gave her refrigerated purified water. I even went as far, as purchasing two large stainless steel water bottles, for storing her purified water. (if you keep well-informed, you'll know that "plastics" seep into our food and beverages) After learning about "running, moving" water, I wanted to step up Clover's only way of keeping hydrated, without the unhealthy "biofilm." Since purchasing Clover's Selene water fountain, I keep it running continuously. It's very quiet. My 9# Clover immediately adapted to drinking from her fountain! During the hot summer months, I would clean the fountain 2-3 times per week and refill with fresh water, Checking and changing the filters was part of the routine. I usually put in new filters monthly. Water fountains aren't just for cats. Do your pup(s) a huge favor, give them clean "running" water and order a Selene water fountain, plus a supply of filters today.

Great water fountain!!
This is a very nice water fountain for our dogs. It's super easy to set up and take care of. Selene makes everything so easy. 1st class customer service if you need it as well. Thank you for making a quality product.
