Worked with Joe for 7 months paying off a layaway necklace. Usually I would be hesitant buying something like this online over a long period of time but was reassured every step of the way. Extremely satisfied with the result and would do business with them again

I purchased a bracelet today. So i have not received it yet but I wanted to review my experience with Jessica who helped me with the purchase via chat. So helpful she was. Patient and knowledgeable. I usually buy from James Allen but I'm late for a gift this time and Gem jewelers had a nice sale with quality stones listed. So with Jessica's help, I decided to pull the trigger. Nice to get the service I got from JESSICA especially the day after turkey day. Thanks Jess, gobble gobble

I had a lot of reservations about purchasing diamonds online. I stalked the 6.31 ct tennis necklace for months emailing the shop a few times. Hannah, who knew I really wanted it, reached out when there was a sale, gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse, and was very helpful answering my many many questions. I am really happy with my purchase.

I’ve been in the market for a new Rolex and shopped around with a few well known watch dealers. The model I was looking for was unavailable and had to be ordered. None of them came close to delivering it as fast as GEM jewelers promised. Really pleased by my overall experience with Joe. He’s responsive and answers thoroughly to any questions I had about my order. Overall great customer service! Will definitely be reaching out to them again for future purchases.

I have been shopping diamond necklaces for my wife for quite some time. GEM JEWELRY turned out to be the business that "earned" my attention. There is a reason that this company receives so many 5 star reviews and that was one of the reasons it caught my attention. Also, Joe at GEM has so many excellent reviews I thought I would contact him. After talking with Joe on many occasions it was evident he was an excellent listener and he gave me what is a beautiful 10.54 ct. graduated vs2 (G) natural diamond necklace that exceeded my expectations. Living in a small town, local jewelers couldn't even come close in quality or price. The selection I had to chose from at GEM was also great. Even after the sale Joe contacted me to ensure I was satisfied with everything. Shopping for jewelry on line can be risky to say the least and this company is TOP NOTCE in every respect. Shop the rest, then call Joe to receive a beautiful piece at the very best price. THANK YOU Joe and Gem Jewelry for your help and honesty. It was a great anniversary gift for my favorite babe.
