He was so informative & sent me photos & a video of the diamond before the bracelet was made. He also gave great advice & I really feel like I got my money’s worth & more in my custom 1.5 ct emerald diamond bracelet. I found Gem jewelers online & because of all the great reviews & after a phone call with Joe I decided to go ahead & make my purchase. Couldn’t be happier.
