I was having trouble transferring files from my computer to my phone, and the technician walked me through each of the steps to get it work out smoothly. He was very patient, and very helpful.

Extremely able and persistent support. Very dogged in getting the problem solved. And best, very patient with the client who is watching (or away from) the machine. This is a great service and you would be well advised to keep these guys handy. Today, the tech was working in my new and old cpu simultaneously. Very impressive. Problems soved.
