Wasted my drivers fuel and time. Told me to go pick up car, I gave clear information on what time to him and customer. Then he cancel order when driver was 1 hour away. Clearly someone to stay away from. Dont waste ur time on this. Pretty sure double brokering on top of it.

We’ve noticed your review, but we cannot identify any interaction or complaint from a company by your name. You did not reach out via our toll-free number, email, or support lines. We also have no corresponding load issues reported on our official channels. If this is a genuine concern, please provide your company name and the specific load ID so we can properly investigate and resolve the matter.

Lied about the truck being broken and threatened to steal the car
Response from GCB Transport· Jul 10, 2026
We take this allegation seriously, but it’s entirely unfounded. We have no record of this person, vehicle, or any threat. As a longstanding, registered business, we do not engage in such behavior. Technical issues can delay service, but we never threaten or steal. Trustpilot, we request a review of such unverified claims. If baseless accusations stand, it deters businesses from trusting the platform. Fairness is key for all.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Very poor communication. Price is only an estimate and goes up. Makes promises and then doesn't follow through and doesn't answer phone. I use trucking companies all the time and will never use these guys again.
Response from GCB Transport· Jul 10, 2026
Dear Dan, we sincerely apologize for the poor communication you experienced. Unfortunately, the team member handling your load fell ill and was on medication that caused drowsiness. He didn’t escalate the booking to another colleague in time, which led to the delay. While the price was not altered, we fully acknowledge our communication lapse and take responsibility. We value our customers and are committed to ensuring this does not happen again. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

They do not communicate and they will not hold up to their end of their contract. It is only a contract for the one paying, it is an estimate on their side. It allows them to charge you what ever they want and you are stuck paying for it. I agreed to $430 to be delivered on 03/06 and 5 days later they still haven't picked up my truck and now want to charge me $980. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Response from GCB Transport· Jul 10, 2026
Dear Kelly, we apologize for the frustration. The issue arose due to a sudden market fluctuation in fuel prices, which impacted the entire industry. Our initial $430 quote was always an estimate, as rates depend on real-time market conditions. The drastic fuel spike meant that verified, reputable carriers increased their rates. We delayed communication as we were actively seeking lower options for you. However, in such fluctuations, final rates are set when carriers accept the load. While we understand the frustration, our aim was to ensure a reliable and safe transport. We regret the delay and the unexpected increase, but it was due to market forces, not any bad intent.

They were told to get my sons car they didnt call us. Just so other number. They thought they weren't getting paid so they stole everything out of the car then I had to get a family member to get the vehicle. So ya stole everything out of the car and still took my money dont use this company unless you dont mind getting stuff stole. Very sad people in the world found out the hard way.

This is a serious accusation, but let’s clarify how our process works. Our drivers do not leave a vehicle without handing it directly to someone, and the recipient confirms by signing after checking the vehicle. We also take photos before pickup and after delivery to document condition. If personal items were truly inside, they would have been noted upfront. No such claim was made at the time. If any real loss had occurred, a legitimate insurance claim or evidence would follow, which did not happen. Instead, we see an unsubstantiated review with no order ID, no real name, and no prior complaint or communication. It seems frustration has turned into a baseless accusation. We maintain strict procedures and professionalism at all times.

This company base on fraud everything is fake the website reviews and everything else that this company doing is fake. Please stay away.
Response from GCB Transport· Jul 10, 2026
It’s concerning to see a false accusation like this. We have no Google review profile, and anyone can verify that no GCB Transport listing exists there. You have deliberately posted a damaging review without any factual basis. We strongly urge Trustpilot to review this case since it harms our business reputation unjustly. We also encourage review platforms to implement stronger safeguards against potential malicious competitor actions.

This people are a joke! They tell you whatever they can to gain your trust then they start to play games... they dont picked up the vehicle the day we agreed because the driver got there late! I told them 6am to 3pm...They promise to pick it up yesterday 8/25/2025 morning and deliver the same day! They failed! They offer me $50 discount because of that! When the delivery was made the day after the driver wasnt aware of the $500, they want me to pay the whole amount of $550, They said there were no discount! Lol... they are liars... becareful with this people...
Response from GCB Transport· Jul 10, 2026
Dear Alberto, we sincerely apologize for the confusion. The delay occurred because the driver was held up at a previous delivery, where the receiver wasn’t available, which pushed our schedule back. When the driver mistakenly collected the full $550, we did send you the promised $50 refund via Zelle afterward. It seems the review was left before or without noting that refund. Despite the delay, your vehicle was safely delivered without any damage, as promised. We took responsibility, provided compensation, and ensured the job was done right. We hope you acknowledge that effort, even though there was a timing issue.
