Very Disappointing
This has been my most frustrating experience since I am doing on line shopping. I am so disappointed in the way I was treated, accused of refusing to pay for merchandise. I had to pay for returns $75.00. Your product I love but your customer service need much improvement.

I ordered the 3 tiered LED gro- light…
I ordered the 3 tiered LED gro- light system with waterproof trays. The order was received earlier than expected and is set up. This system helps to organize my plant growing area. I’m looking forward to growing seeds again!

I know these are difficult times
I know these are difficult times, so the only reason I can't give you 5 stars is that I have been getting parts of my orders at different times. Things I ordered in the spring are just showing up now. I believe this is all out of your control at this time, but things I needed last spring are just coming now. But thanks. I do like your products.
