Pretty good host- we have had no issues on our Minecraft server. We have hundreds of players and the lag has inproved quite a lot recently with the good hardware offered. The server almost jever goes down or has slow connection.

Recently bought a Rust server from these guys a few weeks ago and it's been running smoothly ever since!! I've bought from various other websites in the past and none of them run as cleanly as gameserverkings, the 24/7 support is a huge bonus too!!

GameServerKings was nothing but the best, their servers worked very well, and their support teams answered very fast. Although i cancelled my subsciption, this was not because of bad service, this was because i did not need their service anymore. I would reccomend this site to anyone. Really good experience.

LOVE everything about them EXCEPT how they force my community server to be shown in modded because of admin plugins. EDIT: I understand why they do this but why leave out very important admin specific plugins? You guys allow admin radar but not admin hammer? Second edit: They are looking to add a few more admin plugins. Thanks for looking into it GSK!

Hi Tim, I'd just like to clarify with you why we do this exactly. While any server with Oxide installed has the ability to switch freely between the "Modded" and "Community" categories, Facepunch still has a very strict set of rules for servers who choose to do this. This includes what plugins can be used on a server that chooses to list in the Community section while also running Oxide. If any server is caught breaking these rules, Facepunch will blacklist the entire IP address. Due to the nature of shared hosting environments, such as the one your server exists on, multiple servers will run on the same IP address and are only separated by the game ports (the only exception being servers with the dedicated IP address addon that we offer - that is unique). This means that if your server is caught breaking the rules, not only does the IP get blacklisted for you, it gets blacklisted for every single other customer using that IP address too. Please understand that this is why we implement a strict plugin policy for Community servers who are also running Oxide. It is not only for the safety of your server, but for the safety of the other users also using that IP address. We do not want to unknowingly ruin your own experience, or the experience of others. If you have any questions or concerns about anything in my reply, you can reach me at: [email protected] Thank you, Dristen M General Manager

We had soo much trouble starting the server for the first time. The support through chat was amazing. Every single one of them was super patient and understanding. Super friendly people you can call friends who help you out in any way possible. Best Server hosting ever.
