Had to be modified to make it fit
Had to be modified to make it fit. It was original manufacturer equipment too. Complained to them and they tried to make me feel like their defective manufacturing was my fault. Lesson learned

Terry, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have taken a look at the correspondence you had with customer service and they explained to you that there are many different versions of the PS4 controllers which means there are many versions of the PS4 shell. Rather than manufacture all the different shell types, each in all the different finishes, colors, etc (which would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars), we use one type of PS4 shell that can be easily modified to fit other revisions. This was also explained to you. It is NOT a manufacturing defect and rather than responding to us or contacting customer service via phone, you have simply taken the time to slander us with lies. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Honest review So here it is
Honest review, when I call them they answer that's pretty rare usuallin this business, they put wrong mod on my controller sent me a shipping slip had it back in like 3 days with the best mods added for no upcharge, outstanding as far as I'm concerned. They are definitely fair priced compared to most definitely worth it . On top of everything they are I think the longest running company so they got it down to a science.

Great Experience!!!
Got the stuff for my controller in a very timely manner, I had a problem with something backordered and they replaced it with an item in stock and sent me some freebies so I am very impressed and over pleased with my experience!!!
