My order was supposed to arrive the 8th of January and it arrived the 25th. Keep in mind that this was with 2 day shipping, so to say the least I was a little disappointed with that. The controller itself was pretty good overall. The mod worked great and it looked good. However I ordered a matte blue shell for my controller but what I received looked and felt like a glossed shell. It was slippery and way too shiny. I don't know if they messed that part up or if that's what they consider to be matte. What I do know is that the blue matte shell that I ordered and was shown on the website was not the one I received.

Good Afternoon Kevin, I reviewed your order and think I can help shed some light for you. Anytime you add graphics or splatter to a controller, we must put a clear coat on top so that it will not chip off or fade over time.

I recently purchased from this store with the juggernaut 4.0 version and it runs perfectly. I was very pleased to recieve it fast and stress free. If anyone is looking to buy a modded controller come here first. GREAT BUSINESS
