Der Support konnte das Problem zwar auch nicht erkennen, ich habe aber als Ersatz die 9€ teurere Steam-Version desselben Spiels erhalten, ohne einen Aufpreis zahlen zu müssen.

I bought Alien Isolation from here because it was slightly cheaper than on Steam. The code was available immediately and there were no issues. I am currently installing the game on Steam.
