Ordered and paid for 2 cheese boards on 23rd November 2024. Still no sign of them and have been told they are on their way twice now. I will be seeking a full refund.

Ordered a charcuterie board with lid end of November 2024, no sign of it tracking stated was in Darwin for ages and dint move, contacted company they offered to ship another straight away and said allow a few days for it, it's now 23 Jan 2025 still noting and no tracking details on second one given, not happy as looked a great product and was not a temu cheap item

Ordered a charcuterie board Late 2024 - the tracking said it made it NZ before Christmas but it is now late Jan & it hasn’t arrived. Follow up emails have said another one is on the way, then an issue with the manufacturing process. Am seeking a refund!

Ordered a Cheese Board late November, have not received it, they say its in Australia, however can't tell me what distribution company its with, its odd because Ive ordered many things from other companies overseas and they have arrived within a week or 2. This was a xmas present and totally ruined. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOCONSIDER BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Shocking mis-representation. Ordered some ice-cube moulds that were supposed to be shaped like Christmas Tree Ornaments. Instead got plain, small spherical moulds. No special pattern on the ice at all.
