If I could put a negative star I would. I have used this "company" for over 10 years off and on. I enjoyed the faster shipping being located in California. But like they say, all money isn't good money. By far the worst quality parts in the industry. Its almost as if they buy other stores’ returned parts and repackage them as new parts. Dont get me started on the customer service smh. Nobody understands anything and then here comes the final boss "Julie" and her job is to over talk and argue customer down and loose there business, and this might be the only thong they are great at. Trust me and save yourself time and money.

I have used Gadgetfix for almost 15 years on and off. I own a small cellphone and computer repair shop. For the past 3 years they have tanked in terms of reliability and quality. My last big order was about $3,500 and 2 out of 3 displays were defective in some way. They would either not display at all or heat up to the point of almost being hot enough to burn you or the touchscreen didn't work properly or not work at all. One of the reps told me over the phone they are aftermarket parts and it's perfectly normal in terms of the defects. she really said that! If you're wondering why they have the cheapest prices it's because they use the cheapest parts. They buy SECOND quality displays in quantity and sell them as FIRST quality. Luckily I found a company that has FIRST quality displays and I've not had one defective display in two years. Not one! They sell their garbage second quality displays on eBay too under the same name Gadgetfix company name. If you want to stay in business do not buy any parts from these fraudsters. Gadgetfix knows what they're doing. They know they're passing off defective parts and they will keep doing it because they are a company of low moral character. I have know idea how they are still in business? Buyer beware.

I have used GadgetFix for parts for years at this point, dating back to 2017. Never had a major issue (damaged parts, etc.) until now. I placed an order for bulk tempered glass screen protectors for new models of iPhones. I ordered (4) ten count boxes of iPhone 15 protectors and (4) ten count boxes of iPhone 15 Pro protectors. On their website those are listed as 2 different items, with 2 different item numbers. When I received my order, I got 8 boxes of iPhone 15 screens. When I questioned this I was told they are the same screen protector and compatible with both models. I replied "Yes, I understand that they are the same part, but you advertise them as being packaged separately, which is what I wanted to avoid confusion for my customers that come in looking for a screen protector for a specific model of iPhone." I was basically told no, there is no difference in parts, and they cannot do the labor to create separate skus, despite having exactly that on the website. When I brought this to their attention, they still refused to make the purchase right. When I asked for a return shipping label to send the product I didn't want, they sent it to me, then told me they had deleted my account. I am not even able to log in to see previous purchases I have made. My account is gone. If this company is willing to throw away a good customer account over a disagreement about $30 worth of screen protectors, how do you think they are going to treat you?

Repaired screen on my iPhone 11. Screen glitching since repaired. It perfect when left in. Brought back 3 times and no satisfaction received. Do not go there with your phone.Gadget fix in shopping centre in Shannon. Sorry I even went there. I have to replace my phone and it was perfect only some ink showing on screen.

At first I thought all of these negative reviews were people who didn't know what they were doing. But once I repaired my own phone and the screen stopped working at the most inconvenient time and actually ruined my entire life because of it. (I had bills due and was doordashing and now do not have a working phone for over a week so I am now in trouble with my landlord and lost all the data on my old phone because the screen was so defective it factory reset itself somehow). I had photos of the love of my life on there I will never get back. Just buy a new phone never try to repair using parts from here unless it is just a temporary fix for you to transfer data before the whole screen corrupts and deletes everything for you.

Ripped me off by quoting a price then changing the price after it was fixed. Letting a woman attack me in the store because I spoke up about what he did and did nothing about it but watch. I go elsewhere where its safe and honest.

Scam place, stay away as far as possible. I paid for the extra fast delivery, but the item never arrived.
