The glasses, themselves, were great. Prescription was correct. Fit was as expected. What really shined was the customer service. The first pair I ordered were lost in transport. Fytoo was quick to respond and ship a new pair, which arrived just fine. A second order arrived on time but there was a frame issue that stopped me from wearing them. I posted about it on the web site, and Fytoo reached out to make it right, and informed me that I had purchased the 365 insurance. I had not remembered that. They could have let it go. They didn't. They contacted me and a replacement pair are on their way. I have always been leery of online glasses companies, but Fytoo has proven that I don't need to worry here. You'll get quality glasses, and even if something goes sideways, they jump to make it right.

I ordered my prescription glasses on their website but the place to add the prescription was confusing. I ended up mixing up the plus/negative. When the glasses arrived they were unwearable. I contacted customer support who basically said they could give me 30% off my next pair. After posting this review, customer service generously offered to remake my glasses at no charge.
