For the first time in a few years of purchasing products, I did have a small issue and Futurekind promptly apologized and sent replacements. A company that stands by its products and its service.

Alexander was very helpful when I had a problem with the shipping (missing package). He was patient through the whole process while we figured out what was happening.

The return was processed, so thats good that they didn’t rob me. But I sent two emails and neither was ever answered. The Shop checkout process was deceptive and designed to trick consumers into spending excessive money. Finally, the product didn’t seem healthy. It has more than 50 times the daily recommended value of B12, an addictive compound found in a lot of cheap energy supplements. Doctors do not recommended for pregnant women to take so much of this vitamin.

One of the bottles was broken during shipment and they took care of it right away by refunding my money even when I didn't expect it.
