Never received the Idem. I would like a refund or the Idem I order

tried to use tool and did not work as advertised, disappointed.

Can’t wait to install

Had exactly what I needed at a fair price....a great value.

Machining on tool surface could have been better. Size difference on prongs I will finish the prongs myself

You sell wrong size products

Sink stoppers did not fit my sink. Also upper part is made of some kind of plastic not stainless steel. Inferior product. Cannot find a way to return. Will not be making any more purchases.

The items took 4 weeks to arrive and did not fit a standard sink drain. They are too large in diameter.
