My son has been ordering lenses from Fuze for a while now so when I needed to replace the lenses of my coach prescription sunglasses to no prescription there’s no other place to go but order from Fuze. All we needed to do is to put in the serial number and the style and model of the frame and presto, Fuze will do it for you. When the lenses came, I got excited to pop it in the frame but wasn’t able to. I asked my son for help however, he also wasn’t able to do it. I was getting to a point of giving up and just accept the loss till my son said to reach out to Fuze and see if they can help. Zach responded to me and asked to take photos of the temple of the coach frame to see if I gave them the correct style and model number. After confirming it was, they said that they are more than glad to-install the lenses themselves. Not only that, they sent me a pre paid shipping label so I can send both the frame and the lens at no cost to me. What great customer service indeed! I was truly wowed by the gesture. I seldom see businesses now a days who will put the needs of customer more than theirs. I am over joyed knowing my sunglasses will not go to waste.
