Yet anther day passes and after a month and I still don't have my Costa frames back. So far I'm out $300;and alll I can say at this point is I won't do business with Fuse again. Think twice

I've talked to customer service a few times in regards to exchanging lens for different colors and then when my lenses were scratched and I wanted to cash in on the extended life plan I paid for; all interactions have been with real people which is unheard of with other companies. All emails have been answered very quickly (within 24hrs actually) and I will continue to be a customer forever because of the customer service. I would honestly rather pay more for a company that employs real people to help customers than get cheap junk with no service. I love Fuse - they truly make it so easy!

Order Correction Accidentally received the wrong order, send an email at night, received a response early the next morning saying a new shipment was already processed. Great, responsive customer support would definitely order again.
