My lenses started to peel around the edges (sweat?) and was going to buy a new pair when I saw the warranty policy (lenses are a couple of years old). Emailed them about the issue and a new set was sent w tracking information that same afternoon. Hassle free … pleasantly surprised. Great customer service, they stand behind their warranty policy.

Ordered wrong lenses. Support helped me straighten the problem out and shipped me the right lenses.

I spoke with Kayla, who was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the wrong lens sizes, which is completely my fault, but she told me the correct ones that I needed, and initiated the order process for me, as well as sending me the return shipping label. Really, for an error that was mine, she was kind and made the process as easy and painless as possible. 6/5 stars.

I emailed in about lenses I purchased for some very old Ray Bans about 6 years ago. I didn’t have the original order information and didn’t remember the correct lenses. Alexandria reached back out very quickly and informed me that they would replace my lenses as a warranty issue and was even able to change the color for me! Rock star customer service!
