ORDER #FF615131S Paid and received nothing! No customer service response. Placed order 04.06.2025. I’ve written three or four emails and haven’t received any response. The payment has been made, the item hasn’t been shipped, and there’s been no further information for over a month.They haven’t issued a refund. I have neither the money nor the item.
