Hi, Catherine. We're sorry that such a situation happened. It seems that the charge happened because you ticked the box to add a free week trial access to all courses while purchasing a course. The trial period has ended and auto-payment occurred under the Terms of Policy. Trial subscription is optional, you can cancel it anytime or contact our friendly Support team and our managers will cancel it. After we refund a payment, the money is sent back to you, but your bank may have its own refund processing period, it may take a few days for funds to settle. That is why our manager would advise you to contact your bank after we issued a refund. Trial subscription is optional, you can opt out of it while purchasing a course or disable it in the settings to avoid further charges. Hi Muriel, We always issue refunds for unwanted payments under the Refund Policy. Judging by what you write, it seems that when you purchased the course, you chose the option to pay for an annual subscription to all courses at once at a favorable price. Therefore, there was an automatic attempt to pay $259, due to the rules of the Terms of Service. Don't worry, we would have refunded you right away if there was a payment. I wish you a wonderful day.
